Printing:

All apparel is unisex sizing unless otherwise marked. The majority of apparel and merchandise on this website are custom printed/shipped to order by an off-site facility. With the exception of preorders, select apparel (marked in RASPBERRY in product descriptions), cards, stickers, bookmarks, cross-stitches, macrame's, and button pins which are fulfilled by me (K.T. James) -owner and founder of Signs & Stories Shop. Anything that is marked in RASPBERRY on the product is fulfilled through K.T. James.

FulFillment Time:

The off-site printing company takes 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS to print and ship (fulfill) the orders. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. NOTE: Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. Additionally, this estimated time frame will change during holiday times when there is an influx of orders.

 

APPAREL CARE (WASHING/DRYING) INSTRUCTIONS:

Most of the garments printed offsite are created using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology, which allows for a wide range of printable garments and vibrant design colors. The high-quality inks used ensure that the prints remain vibrant and durable for a long time, as long as the garments are properly cared for.

Please note that the original manufacturer's care instructions may not account for the DTG printing process. For best results, follow the care instructions provided here to maintain your printed garments.

Care Instructions for DTG-Printed Apparel:

• Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Avoid fabric softeners and do not dry clean.

• Drying: While tumble drying on a low heat setting is acceptable, air-drying by hanging is preferred to preserve the print.

• Ironing: Do not iron directly on the print.

 

Following these care instructions will help prevent fading, cracking of the print, and garment shrinkage that can occur from high-heat washing or drying.

Shipping:

Apparel — There is no stock of preprinted tees that is used to fulfill orders for immediate shipping as all orders are custom printed when ordered. t Apparel is shipped out after they have been printed to fulfill the order.

Fulfilled by K.T. James — Any item marked as being fulfilled by K.T. James (Signs & Stories Owner) is printed locally and is packaged and shipped by her personally. These items are currently shipped only to the US and Canada and are shipped separately from other items on the website not fulfilled by K.T. James.

Returns / Exchanges Policy:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise due to the fact that most products in my shop are made to order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There can be no exchanges or returns due to each order being custom printed to order and having no warehouse of premade inventory.  Please contact us with any problems.
